Terms of Service – Social Media apps from Brainsharing

These Terms of Service govern your use of BrainSharing and its social-media scheduling and publishing services.

By accessing or using BrainSharing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

BrainSharing provides tools that allow users to:

  • create and manage social-media content;
  • schedule posts;
  • publish content through supported social-media platforms;
  • connect third-party accounts, including TikTok;
  • manage media, drafts, analytics, and automation workflows.

BrainSharing does not own or control TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, or any other third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BrainSharing complies with all applicable laws and the terms of each connected social-media platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • keeping your login credentials secure;
  • maintaining the security of connected social-media accounts;
  • all activity performed through your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Connected social-media accounts

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize BrainSharing to access and use that account according to the permissions you approve.

You may disconnect a social-media account at any time through BrainSharing. Third-party platforms may independently revoke access, change their APIs, restrict publishing, or suspend accounts.

BrainSharing cannot guarantee that every post will be accepted, published, displayed, or retained by a third-party platform.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through BrainSharing.

You grant BrainSharing a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and publish your content only as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must not use BrainSharing to publish content that:

  • violates applicable law;
  • infringes another person’s rights;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • is deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or defamatory;
  • violates the rules of a connected social-media platform;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

6. Automated publishing

Scheduled and automated publishing depends on the availability of BrainSharing, third-party APIs, network connectivity, account permissions, and platform policies.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service;
  • delivery at an exact time;
  • successful publication;
  • preservation of drafts or media;
  • continued support for any third-party platform.

You are responsible for reviewing automated content and ensuring that it is suitable for publication.

7. Third-party services

BrainSharing may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, content moderation decisions, account restrictions, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • reverse-engineer or misuse BrainSharing;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  • interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
  • use the service to distribute spam or malicious content;
  • violate the terms of TikTok or any other connected platform;
  • use automated features in a way that violates applicable platform rules.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use BrainSharing unlawfully.

You may stop using BrainSharing at any time. Disconnecting a third-party account may not remove content already published on that platform.

10. Disclaimer

BrainSharing is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every third-party platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainSharing and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service or connected third-party platforms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of BrainSharing after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws ofg estonia , without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts located inestonia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
